SHIPPING POLICY

-All items are shipped via UPS ground. Please email info@ladygreyjewelry.com to request a tracking number

-At this time, we only ship within the continental United States

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery for full refund. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if not postmarked within 7 days of original delivery date.   Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Lady Grey cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

-Merchandise must be in original condition as shipped.

-Any original tags or packaging must be in place

-Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable
